Refund policy

1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Valid proof of purchase is required

Eligible for Exchange:

  • Size issues
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item received

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to service availability). After inspection at our warehouse, the replacement will be dispatched within 2-5 business days.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Store credit, or
  • Refund (as per eligibility below)

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Verified manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Size unavailable for exchange

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Sale & Limited Drops

  • Sale items are eligible for size exchange only
  • Limited-edition or clearance products are not eligible for refunds
  • Customized products are non-returnable

4. Important Notes

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects
  • Claims for damaged/incorrect items must include a clear unboxing video
  • The brand reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the policy criteria
