Refund policy
1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
- Item must be in original packaging
- Valid proof of purchase is required
Eligible for Exchange:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item received
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to service availability). After inspection at our warehouse, the replacement will be dispatched within 2-5 business days.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:
- Store credit, or
- Refund (as per eligibility below)
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Verified manufacturing defect
- Wrong item delivered
- Size unavailable for exchange
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Sale & Limited Drops
- Sale items are eligible for size exchange only
- Limited-edition or clearance products are not eligible for refunds
- Customized products are non-returnable
4. Important Notes
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects
- Claims for damaged/incorrect items must include a clear unboxing video
- The brand reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the policy criteria
